It’s almost the 4th of July!

Well, it’s still a little ways off but it’s close enough that it’s time to start thinking about how you’re going to celebrate. If you want to have a festive desert or want to show up to your potluck with a most festive dish around this firecracker cake is the perfect dish.

All you need is:

• 1 box (15.25 oz.) white cake mix
• Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for in cake mix
• Red food coloring
• Blue food coloring
• 1 container (12 oz.) white frosting
• Red, white and blue sprinkles, optional

This recipe will only take about an hour total from prep to final product.
